The No. 24 men’s basketball team scored the last 11 points of the game and clinched the 2012 University Athletic Association (UAA) championship with a 74-68 victory at New York University Feb. 19. The No. 3 men’s tennis team defeated NCAA Division II No. 19 Drury University 5-4 Feb. 12 at the Creve Coeur Racquet Club in Creve Coeur, Mo. The No. 25 men’s basketball team snapped No. 17 Emory University’s 17-game home winning streak with a 92-83 victory Feb. 5 in Atlanta. The victory enabled WUSTL, who lost Feb. 3 at the University of Rochester, to remain in a tie for first place in the University Athletic Association standings with New York University.
