(ABOVE) Carla Walker, a clinician in the School of Medicine's Program in Occupational Therapy, encourages Peter Dore to squeeze an ergometer to measure his grip strength. Dore is director of data management in the Brown School and data manager in the Department of Psychiatry. The activity was one of several at the School of Medicine’s Health Happening Fair Feb. 1 at the Eric P. Newman Education Center.

(BELOW) Beth Crowner, DPT, an associate professor of physical therapy and neurology, uses a flexible ruler to show Kim Dunsworth how her natural spinal position appears when she stands. The ruler acts as a template to help compare an individual’s posture to what is considered normal alignment. Dunsworth works in financial services in the Department of Radiology.
