Due to an overwhelmingly positive response to the annual winter concert performed by Washington University Medical Center faculty, staff and students, there will be a summer concert featuring the university community.
The summer concert will begin at 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 24, in the lobby of the Center for Advanced Medicine, 4921 Parkview Place. Refreshments will be served at 3:30 p.m.
The concert, which is free and open to the public, will feature vocalists and instrumentalists performing a range of musical genres.
The concert is sponsored by the School of Medicine’s Department of Pathology and Immunology and the Arts + Healthcare Program of Barnes-Jewish Hospital.
