STL To Do: Lost in the Trees at Old Rock House

Lost in the Trees

“I love it when I hear someone say, ‘I don’t know this band but they’re awesome.’ Lots of people said that about Lost in the Trees during their LouFest set in 2011. The North Carolina indie-folk ensemble is back in town tonight at the Old Rock House. Their recent LP, ‘Past Life,’ is full of energy and catchy songwriting. The intensely atmospheric band sounds like it’s having more fun these days — and it’s infectious.”

— Brian Cohen, Washington University media specialist

Cohen founded LouFest, a two-day indie rock festival that will take place in Forest Park Sept. 6-7. LouFest will announce this year’s lineup in May.
