Nominations are due Oct. 5 for the 2015 Washington University School of Medicine Samuel R. Goldstein Leadership Awards in Medical Student Education.
Up to three School of Medicine faculty members each will be awarded a $5,000 prize. The awards are given to faculty who teach medical students or Medical Scientist Training Program (MSTP) students and who demonstrate leadership in medical student education.
The awards are provided annually through a gift established by Samuel R. Goldstein and continued by his family.
Nominators can be School of Medicine faculty, medical students or MSTP students.
To nominate a faculty member, individuals must complete the attached nomination form. Please email completed forms to witzelc@wusm.wustl.edu or fax to the Goldstein Leadership Awards Selection Committee at 314-367-6667.
The deadline for receipt of all nomination forms is 5 p.m. Monday, Oct. 5.
